What are the prospects for retaining these customers and the cash flow they represent? Are the relationships with the customer base healthy? <BR/>Another nuts & bolts consideration, is each transaction profitable?<BR/>Finally, what is the status and condition of the physical plant/condition of the business?<BR/>For example, last year I sold my printing press to a former employee, the press was a few years old but in sound condition. I want to run my own business soon, so this is helpful. Instead of starting a business from scratch though, I'm interested in buying a business.
